The captain of the ship - the Shambhala - Jy-K is a born leader (at least he’s pretty sure he is). equipped with a commanding presence, super-strength and a jaw you could use to slice steel, the alien/T-Rex hybrid seems every bit the commander in chief.

But behind all of that is a stubborn streak that often gets Jy-K into trouble. A real hot-head who rushes in before thinking things through, the bullish head of the group often discovers (too late) that brains can be more effective than brawn.

Jy-K is also very focused and sees everything in black and white. As far as he’s concerned, their only mission on Earth is to retrieve all of their missing brethren before returning home. The humanitarian issues surrounding their time on Earth barely even register on his radar. At least not at first.
